In this talk, I will introduce the Anosov-Katok method and explain how it can be used in order to construct examples of Hamiltonian systems with Lagrangian invariant tori that exhibit different types of unstable behaviour. In particular, we will focus in constructions that show the optimality of the effective stability bounds for these tori, that change depending on the regularity of the Hamiltonian.
