SPECIALITY HARMONIC SIGNAL PROCESSING AND CONTROL
(Professional cursus)
OBJECTIVES
OF THE FORMATION
- Provide a solid mathematical
formation to future
mathematical engineers in Signal
processing, Image processing, as
well as in domains related to Medical
Instrumentation (déconvolution,
CAT-Scanner, realization and development of tomographic devices).
- Together with the acquisition of fundamental background in Signal or Image Processing and Analysis, in
Statistical Treatment of Data or
Processus, propose a cursus of applied obedience, where
preliminary acquisition of the necessary mathematical background will
be completed by sensibilisation to the use of numerical tools and
recipees ; all along
the cursus, students will be taught how to use and profit from a
numerical scientific environment (such as MATLAB), together with its toolboxes, in accordance with the
thematics of the formation (signal
processing, image processing,
wavelets, statistics).
- Extend the possibilities of careers towards industry for students
in LMD programs in Mathematics, Mathematics and
Computer Science, Computer science, Electronics or Robotics.
