The conference is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation. At this point we expect to be able to cover the lodging and travel expenses for most participants. Priority for support will be given to graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and early career mathematicians.

AIRFARE: As federal funds will be used, all flight itineraries must comply with the Fly America Act. All airfare must be booked on U.S. flag carriers and on coach/economy class. You are required to submit an itemized itinerary which must include your full name, flight /class information (ie. Flight # and fare booked), and payment information (ie. XXXX1234 Visa / Mastercard followed by your name).
2. HOTEL: An itemized hotel receipt is required and must include your name and proof of payment.
3. MEALS: All meal receipts must be submitted for reimbursement and must be itemized and include payment information (ie. cash, credit card information, etc.). Only meals consumed by the traveler can be reimbursed. Alcohol is NOT reimbursable.
4. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR INTERNATIONAL VISITORS: All International visitors must submit copies of their passport biopage and visa (ie. Visa stamp). All foreign visitors must travel under a B1 or WB visa in order to be eligible for reimbursement. In this case, please also complete and submit the Academic Certification Form.
5. Please complete the UCSD Travel Expense Voucher. Attach all receipts
